On 18.11.2009 a hearing was conducted before the European Union Civil Service Tribunal on the case F-30/08, regarding the request of an individual to be compensated by the European Commission as a result of the damage suffered due to his illegitimate implication in the Eurostat scandal dating back to 2003.
The judgment on the above action for damages, which was submitted and defended by our law firm, is now being expected.
