After providing a legal expert opinion regarding the special levy imposed on income on request of the European Parliament, \u00abChristianos & Partners\u00bb law firm assumed a series of cases brought before the national courts in opposition to the above-mentioned measure.
\nWith its relevant decision of the 22th February 2010, by which Ministry of Economy and Finance ruled that the collected special levy amounts will be refunded, the ongoing trials concerning European Union employees are ceased.
